I can't believe how quickly the days have passed since our launch! The first week was spent trying to deliver leaflets door to door in the fleeting dry spells between showers! The second week has been great, with several jobs carried out and some more penciled in for the future.
Posting on our local community page has been a big help. I've also been touched by people passing on messages of support, good luck and really positive feedback. Thanks to you all!
I took this photo last Friday morning, passing Milngavie station, en route to more letterboxes. You may have seen me slipping and sliding on the pavements, trying to remain upright and dignified, while making my rounds! I'll be hitting the pavements next week too, weather permitting!
